主要研究?jī)?nèi)容方向:(1)發(fā)展蛋白質(zhì)及RNA標(biāo)記的新方法,研究蛋白質(zhì)及RNA的動(dòng)態(tài)構(gòu)象變化、定位、折疊、以及相互作用;(2)含金屬卟啉和銅離子蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)功能,新的金屬酶設(shè)計(jì)。課題組于2012年在四年一度的國(guó)際評(píng)估中被評(píng)為優(yōu)秀。
