研究領(lǐng)域與興趣
有氧呼吸過程中產(chǎn)生的活性氧,在病理?xiàng)l件下所致的氧化還原調(diào)控失衡,以及病理?xiàng)l件下過量產(chǎn)生的一氧化氮及其代謝過程中形成其他形式的活性氮,是導(dǎo)致衰老、神經(jīng)退行性疾病、糖尿病和炎癥炎等的重要因素。在活性氧和活性氮的產(chǎn)生及其所致的機(jī)體損傷中,微量元素鐵起了重要的介導(dǎo)作用。本課題組基礎(chǔ)研究以活性氧和活性氮的生物化學(xué)為中心,涉及過渡金屬離子催化活性氧和活性氮的產(chǎn)生及蛋白質(zhì)損傷,及其以活性氧和活性氮的抑制為主的天然藥物藥理學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),
此外,課題組還進(jìn)行一些應(yīng)用研究,目前在硅酸鹽濕法分解技術(shù)開發(fā)方面已經(jīng)與合作單位獲得兩項(xiàng)專利授權(quán),并正在進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)。

主講化學(xué)院本科生《無機(jī)化學(xué)》《基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)》、醫(yī)學(xué)院五年制臨床專業(yè)《基礎(chǔ)化學(xué)》。
